Pathway Options
A: Overseas Traineeships:
The options given to students which cover over 8 countries can be quite varied. Please check these terms of traineeships etc at least four months prior to the end of the CEASD program. Students wanting to apply overseas for traineeships must also seek appropriate information about conditions of visas from the respective embassy. The visas are under the charge of embassies and do change their terms and conditions from time to time, due to economic or political reasons.
These traineeships are for fixed periods and usually non extendable, and are under the purview of the Host Company with all responsibility for the training and processing within the scope of the Host Company and not CE.
Students are advised that these are traineeships and not an avenue for employment. These traineeships should be viewed with the spirit of the traineeship which is to strengthen students foundation and for them to launch into full time employment at some later stage.
B. Overseas Educational Pathways
Students who complete the traineeships, or want a direct route to educational pathways to further their studies should apply or seek information four months prior to end of the CEASD program, or three months prior to the end of their traineeships overseas.
Students are also advised to check embassies on terms and conditions of visas and well as any financial requirement, as this differs from country of origin.
CE will process all qualified applicants for these pathways, and communicate with the Institution on securing a seat at the best possible intake.
Students should also note that there are different requirements for entry into the Institution ( dependant on your scores, for example) and entry regulations should be obtained from CE at the earliest possible time. There may be language testing that needs to be followed as per Institutional requirements and/or embassies requirements depending on your country of origin.
Please note that pathway eligibility is dependant on your overall performance here at CE, as stipulated by Host Companies and Institutions. There is however some leniency with the Academic Institutions but not by the Traineeship Host Companies.
.
Fees quoted and entry regulations/ subject coverage in the following sections for pathways may vary from time to time. Please check with CE staff on the latest development.
